Usher in the Spring Equinox with a Sacred Writing Circle on renewal and awakening. In this inclusive and generative gathering, we will accompany each other as we explore ourselves and our aspirations through guided meditations and creative writing exercises. Participants will leave with original, written pieces around the following questions: What are the seeds you've been tending to throughout the dark of winter? What do you hope will blossom this spring? And how do you embrace the beauty and dynamism of this viridescent season?
This Sacred Writing Circle is facilitated by Gianluca Avanzato, a writer, artist, musician, and teacher from Oneonta, New York who holds a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and a Diploma in Interreligious Studies. In his work, including 1:1 creativity coaching, Gianluca emphasizes process over product, transformation over transaction, and fluidity over forcefulness.
Everyone is welcome: no religious/spiritual affiliation nor creative writing experience necessary. A warm welcome to LGBTQIA+ folks as well as those who have felt left out or cast out by traditional religious institutions.
