The night begins with a classic antipasto spread, followed by a Spring Pea Crostata with mascarpone and mint pistachio pesto, a refreshing Sicilian fennel & orange salad, and a rich Paccheri al Forno with local mushrooms from Gilbertsville. Finish with your choice of Lemon Ricotta Cake or an indulgent affogato with espresso and Bella Cucina Dolci di Latte caramel.
