Women of all faiths and spiritual paths are invited to gather in prayer. We will build a central altar together, so please bring a sacred object that helps center you in your prayer place. Come with an open heart and the belief that prayer makes a difference. Sister, please come.

This gathering will be led by Jay Cardinale, an artist, counselor, and Body Mind Art practitioner based in New York. Trained in Hellerwork and person-centered expressive arts, she blends bodywork with creative practice to support personal and spiritual growth. Since 1988, she has led ritual circles that explore seasonal cycles and inner life through art, writing, and reflection, creating space for insight, connection, and self-discovery.
