Women of all faiths and spiritual paths are invited to gather in prayer. Prayer isn't about making yourself holy - it's about trying to sanctify the world you walk through. Let's create a circle of light of your own presence, a prayer place. We will build a central altar together so please bring a sacred object that helps center you in your prayer place. This gathering is led by Jay Cardinale, an artist, counselor, and body-mind arts practitioner trained in Hellerwork Structural Integration and person-centered expressive arts. Since 1988, Jay has led ritual circles exploring seasonal cycles and our inner lives through art, writing, and reflection. Her practice creates space for personal and spiritual growth, connection, insight, and self-discovery.
