Everything Bagelry

Everything Bagelry is based in Bainbridge NY and was founded on a love for bagels and a commitment to being the best by brothers Tyler Bookhout (pictured below) and Erik Hartshorn. Each bagel is hand-crafted one by one, using the finest organic, locally sourced ingredients and old-world techniques — no fancy machines or refined sugars. With a focus on quality, artistry, and simple pleasures, every bagel is made with care, resulting in a unique and beautiful treat for every customer.

We quickly fell in love with these bagels at The Gatehouse and we love having them in the cafe!
